前幾天在高雄餐旅大學，我也與大家分享了我的南北極帆船冒險之旅。當我越跟大家分享我的冒險經歷，我對這個世界與地球就越多了感謝。
每片烏雲都有銀色燦爛的邊界。很多人偉大的旅程，多是來自於悲慘的際遇。而這些際遇，則是老天給我們的課題與測試。通過這些人生課題有幾百萬種方法，但我很感激我現在走到的地方。
如果我沒有被診斷出一個可怕的疾病的話，我的確就不會踏上這個大冒險旅程，也不會在這與大家分享這美好的經驗了。

The more I talked about my polar expeditions, the more I feel grateful about the world and Mother Earth.
Every cloud has a silver lining. Lots of amazing journeys start off being an absolute misery and these are life lessons/tests that god has given us. There are millions of ways to pass these tests and I am grateful at where I am today. If I weren't diagnosed with a nasty condition, I wouldn't have embarked onto this amazing journey to share with you today.
